DIG TWO GRAVES
Revenge lies at the core of the new game Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. After Big Boss’s army has been destroyed in Ground Zero, he wakes up in a hospital, without an arm and under a new attack. He escapes from it and, with Ocelot, forms THE DIAMOND DOG seeking revenge for himself and all his lost souls; but revenge can turns you into your worst enemy. Dig Two Graves (a shortcut from “Before you embark on a journey of revenge dig two graves” - Confucius - ) unveils the journey of Big Boss in to the vicious hell, of Afghan war during Soviet occupation and Angola-Zaire territories during a civil war.
Dig Two Graves aims to release Metal Gear Solid V’s content in an exciting hide-and-seek style triggering the enthusiasm of hard core fans and new players.
PITCH WON. This has been my proudest moment since I've started working in advertising, as I have always wanted to work for the gaming market.
I've set the look and feel and designed the various visual assets, (Adobe Photoshop) while the typography has been created by Simon Warden (Head of Design and Typography at M&C).
Above it's just a tiny percentage of the work presented that made us win the account. However, due to some changes, only few pieces were produced.
